Scam Warning!

Scam texts and calls claiming to be from the Superior Court of California have been reported across the state. We will not call you to obtain payment. Those texts and calls are fraudulent.  The Judicial Branch of California, DMV, and Yuba County Superior Court do not call or send texts requesting payment. We communicate by US Mail.

If you are sick

and are charged with a felony, you are expected to appear via Zoom, unless you are in the hospital.  You should contact your attorney or the clerk’s office for the Zoom information and not miss your court date.
