Scam Warning!

Scam texts and calls claiming to be from the Yuba County Sheriff's Department, Judicial Branch of California, or Yuba County Superior Court have been reported by Yuba County residents. We will not call you to obtain payment. Those texts and calls are fraudulent. 
The Judicial Branch of California and Yuba County Superior Court do not call or send texts requesting payment. We communicate by US Mail.

Notice: Real ID is not required to enter the Yuba County Courthouse.

If you are sick

and are charged with a felony, you are expected to appear via Zoom, unless you are in the hospital.  You should contact your attorney or the clerk’s office for the Zoom information and not miss your court date.

Policy

In accordance with California Rule of Court (CRC) rule 1.100, it is the policy of Yuba County Superior Court to ensure that persons with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system.

Notification

Requests for accommodations must be made as far in advance as possible, and in any event must be made no fewer than five court days before the requested implementation date.

Process to Request Accommodations

Requests for accommodations may be presented ex parte using Judicial Council form MC410, in another written format, or orally. Requests must be forwarded to the ADA coordinator.

Grievance Procedure

This Grievance Procedure is established in accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by the Yuba County Superior Court.
